Media for Sale

CONDITIONS OF SALE

PLEASE NOTE: By participating in the ABC Life Literacy Media Sale, Buyers agree to the following Purchase Conditions:

1. Ads must be placed in an issue published on or before December 31, 2012. All advertising will be accepted based on the media donor’s discretion, and all purchases are non-commissionable.
2. Purchases must be new bookings and may not be credited against existing or future commitments with the media donor. Media donate their ad space in good faith in support of ABC Life Literacy Canada, and these conditions must be observed. If they are not observed, ABC Life Literacy Canada will cancel the placement of the ad, and the money forwarded to ABC Life Literacy Canada for that purchase will be returned to the Buyer without accrued interest.
3. Payment must be made within 30 days of the date of the invoice. If payment is not made within that period, ABC Life Literacy Canada reserves the right to cancel the contract and open the media space to another purchaser.
4. Using your buyer account and purchasing media space signifies your agreement to the following:
   • You are authorized to purchase media on behalf of your company.
   • You are responsible for the use of your buying account.
   • You agree with, and will abide by, these conditions, and any special conditions applied to individual media.
   • ABC Life Literacy Canada will invoice you for all media reserved under your buyer username and password.
