Good Reads author Maureen Jennings was in Oakville, Ontario Monday, November 15 to read from her Good Reads book, Shipwreck, in support of the FUNdraiser for Literacy. Hosted by the Oakville Literacy Council at the Chapters bookstore, 10% of every purchase during the event was donated to the council's adult literacy program. The event also included readings from authors Vicki Delany and Joshua Martyr, as well as special activities for kids and adults.
