Enter the second annual Family Literacy Day Colouring Contest, presented by Postmedia Raise-a-Reader! Once again, Postmedia and Raise-a-Reader partnering newspapers across Canada will feature a special Family Literacy Day Colouring Contest entry form for families to complete and submit to ABC Life Literacy Canada.
