Vaughan Public Libraries (VPL) and the City Playhouse Theatre invite you to celebrate Family Literacy Day with your children at a FREE on-stage pyjama party featuring captivating stories and fun activities. Put on your favourite pyjamas and enjoy a special reading of Miss Mousie’s Blind Date by author Tim Beiser. Sing along to songs and listen in on stories told by librarians from VPL. During the week, you can also visit VPL locations for various activities and programs that will engage children in reading. Free tickets for VPL’s Family Literacy Day event can be picked up at any branch.
