Local PGI Tournament Information - Toronto

Tournament Date: June 8, 2010

In 1986, award-winning Canadian broadcaster and journalist Peter Gzowski began raising funds for Frontier College through an annual golf tournament, The Peter Gzowski Invitational (PGI) – an event that evolved into the national PGI Golf Tournaments for Literacy.

The day
The location for 2010 is Emerald Hills Golf and Country Club in Stouffville, Ontario. The course is a 30 minute drive from downtown Toronto. After a light lunch, golfers of varying ability play 18 holes in scramble format, with a shot-gun start at noon. A sumptuous dinner follows. Prizes are awarded, and golfers are then treated to an evening of entertainment.
